If you have a model or variation in mind, contact us: we can add or bring pieces into current collections, consider them for future collections, or explore a bespoke (made-to-measure) piece (subject to technical feasibility and lead time).

We process orders within 24–48 business hours. Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days within Spain and 5–10 business days within the EU. Free shipping on orders over €80. Shipping is €5.99 for orders below €80. We ship to mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands, and EU countries.

Yes—14 calendar days from receipt. The item must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging. Bespoke (custom) pieces and items used beyond a simple try-on are excluded. If the return is not due to our error or a defect,return shippingis the customer’s responsibility. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of your notice. We may with hold the refund until the product is received or you provide proof of return.

Covered for 3 years against manufacturing and material defects. This does not include normal wear(straps, crystals, finishes),misuse or impact, water exposure on non-water-ready models, or unauthorized interventions. When coverage applies, we arrangeshippingandrepair or replacement.

We use reliable automatic calibres—Seiko TMI NH35 (three-hand) and NH34 (GMT)—and we disclose components for transparency. For future capsules we also evaluate recognized Swiss and Japanese movements such as Miyota 90xx, Sellita SW200-1, and ETA 2824-2, prioritizing reliability, serviceability, and parts availability. Atelier Témoré has no affiliation, endorsement, or official association with these brands. Any reference is descriptive only. We operate independently.

We accept major cards and secure payment methods. Prices include applicable Spanish taxes. Orders shipped outside the EU may incur duties and taxes payable by the customer. Your bank may require strong customer authentication.
