Warranty

At Atelier Temoré, all our watches are covered by the 3-year legal warranty against manufacturing defects, in accordance with Spanish and European consumer legislation.

Warranty Coverage

The warranty covers only manufacturing or material defects that affect the correct functioning of the product.

Excluded from the warranty:
- Damage caused by misuse, impacts, drops, accidents, or improper handling.
- Normal wear and tear of components such as straps, batteries, crystals, or finishes.
- Damage caused by contact with water when the model is not specifically designed for it.
- Repairs or interventions carried out by third parties not authorized by Atelier Temoré.

Warranty Procedure

- To request warranty service, the customer must contact us at support@ateliertemore.com, indicating the order number, a description of the defect, and, where possible, photos of the affected product.
- Atelier Temoré will assess the case and, if it is a defect covered by the warranty, will proceed with repair, replacement, price reduction, or contract termination, as appropriate and in accordance with the law.
- Transport, repair, or replacement costs arising from an accepted warranty claim will be borne by Atelier Temoré.

Legal Time Limits

- The warranty lasts 3 years from delivery of the product.
- If the defect appears within the first 2 years, it is presumed to be original unless proven otherwise.
- In the third year, the customer must prove that the defect already existed at the time of delivery.

Compatibility with Commercial Warranty

If Atelier Temoré offers any additional commercial warranty (e.g., extensions or special services), it will be understood as independent of and complementary to the legal warranty recognized to the consumer.
